Closed impeller

The pumps are equipped with closed impellers, which can be widely used in construction and industrial drainage operations. The impeller is mainly made of cast iron, which not only guarantees performance, but also extends the service life of the impeller. Pump ≤ 7.5kW with optional reamer device, made of high chromium stainless steel, used to reaming long fibers, long solid dirt and preventing pump blockage.

Short hinge design

The short shaft design significantly avoids shaft deflection, resulting in extended seal and bearing life, low vibration and quiet operation.

Heavy-duty ball bearings

With high-quality, maintenance-free lubrication bearings for life, all ball bearings are pre-lubricated to ensure that they do not need to be lubricated during their useful life.

Two-pass mechanical seal system

Two mechanical seal systems are located in the lube oil chamber to ensure that the pump does not fail during operation.

Cooling system

Water pump ≥ 11kW with optional motor with water circulation cooling system for dry installation or low water levels.

Overheating protection: The ≤ 4kW pump has a bimetallic temperature sensor, and the ≥5.5kW pump is equipped with a thermistor PTC as standard.

Leakage protection: Water pumps ≥ 5.5kW are equipped with leakage sensors in the motor chamber and oil chamber to detect whether liquid has penetrated inside the motor. The oil chamber leakage sensor is used to alarm when the external medium penetrates too much into the oil chamber to prevent the external medium from invading the motor. If the oil chamber leakage sensor fails and the external medium penetrates into the motor, the motor cavity leakage sensor alarms, stops the motor, and protects the motor from moisture and burning. Through the control cabinet, the protection of the electric pump from phase loss, overload, undervoltage and short circuit is realized.
