Devise
The NX-B/C series is a radial part of the pump casing, of which NX-B is an API610 standard OH1 type pump and NX-C is an API610 standard OH2 type pump. high degree of generalization, hydraulic components and bearing components are consistent; series pump type can be equipped with Baowen jacket structure; High pump efficiency; The corrosion margin of the pump body and impeller is large; The shaft is protected by shaft sleeve sealing, which is completely isolated from the medium, avoiding the corrosion of the shaft and improving the overall life of the pump. The motor adopts an extended conjunctival coupling, which can be maintained without disassembling the pipeline and motor, which is very convenient and fast.
Pump body
The pump body with a diameter of DN80 or above adopts a double volute to balance the radial force, thereby reducing the noise of the pump and extending the bearing life. The NX-B pump body is supported by the foot and the NX-C pump body is the center support.
Flange
Suction flange horizontally suction, discharge flange vertically upward, flange can withstand large pipe mouth load. The flange can perform GB, HG, DIN, ANSI standards according to customer requirements, and the suction flange and discharge flange have the same pressure registration.
Cavitation
The blade extends to the impeller inlet, and the caliber is enlarged, so the pump has excellent anti-cavitation performance, and under special circumstances, an induction wheel can be added to improve the anti-cavitation performance of the pump.
Bearings and lubrication
The bearing suspension is a whole, the bearing is lubricated by oil bath, and the oil ring is thrown to ensure full lubrication, so as to prevent the local temperature rise caused by the low level of lubricating oil. Depending on the specific working conditions, the bearing suspension can be uncooled (with heat dissipation ribs), water-cooled (with water-cooled jacket) and air-cooled (with fans). The bearings are sealed by a labyrinth dust disc.
Shaft seal
The shaft seal can be configured according to API682 to ensure the sealing reliability of the pump under different working conditions.
Pump steering
From the direction of the drive end, the pump rotates in a clockwise direction.
