The standard implemented by the enterprise product is: DIN24255, the product is fully inspected, the whole machine is under pressure, and the product performance is in accordance with the national standard GB/T3216-2005 "rotary power pump hydraulic performance acceptance test level 1 and 2"; 100% hydrostatic test on key components (pump body and pump cover), 100% dynamic balance test on impeller; All monitoring work has a special person responsible, must be implemented in accordance with the work system of each position, and 100% of the parts inspection is recorded; All pump products are subjected to the pressure test of the whole machine, and there shall be no leakage and sweating; For products that pass the test, there must be an inspection mark on the product; Pump performance is sampled, and the data of the performance test must be qualified and provided to production and technology; Unqualified products are prohibited from leaving the factory. The raw materials of the enterprise are provided by the supplier material report, our company conducts sampling inspection, sampling items: chemical composition of the material, hardness and heat treatment report, etc.; Our pump products have reached the second level in the national standard GB/T3216-2005 "Rotary power pump hydraulic performance acceptance test level 1 and 2".
